  1. What if I just want advice?

We would love to help. You don’t have to be a business owner to benefit from our services. We offer affordable consultations by the hour for as low as $65. Also, be sure to check our front page often for the latest New Client Deals and Small Business Promotions.

  1. How do I get started?

Just send us an inquiry via our Contact form and we will be in touch with you shortly to see how we can help. If you should require additional time with the Chef. You will be sent instructions on how to pay for and schedule an initial consultation as a New Client. For your convenience we offer three consultation options which are live online (via Skype), on the phone, or an in-person consultation. (For clients in the Los Angeles metro area only.)

  1. Is my information secure?

Yes! We use top of the line antivirus software and online security for all of our client interactions including secure electronic signature services, secure document delivery, and secure payment systems. To ensure that your information remains secure from the first time we say hello.

  1. Do I have to purchase exactly what is quoted?

All of our hourly consultations and quote assessments come with a no obligation guarantee. As well, many of our services are on a pay-as-needed basis, and are contracted accordingly. Please be advised that all contracts are assessed on a case by case basis.

  1. What are the fees?

Our hourly consultation rate is $65 and the service quote assessment is $250 with up to four hours of consultation time included. All other service fees will be assessed on a case by case basis at the time of the written quote or upon subsequent written mutual agreement once contracted work has begun.   1. Why should I pay for a quote?

The reason we charge for our written quote is because we deliver not just a list of fees, but an outlined plan of action tailored to your project or business. Along with the time to ask all the questions and get the food/kitchen related information you need. We should also add that not everyone is required to pay $250 for a quote. There will be cases where we are able to issue a quote based on what is discussed in a one-hour consultation.   1. Do you have payment plans?

Yes! For clients who need more services than most. We do offer very flexible payment plans and terms. All contracted work is charged as a flat fee based on the estimated number of hours required to complete your contract, and will require a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit to begin work immediately. No additional fees or charges will occur without prior mutual written agreement.

  1. What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards both online and in-person via PayPal. We also accept electronic checks via PayPal, money orders and cashier’s checks. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEPT THOSE MENTIONED ABOVE.

  1. Are you insured?

Yes. We carry both Professional Liability and General liability policies to cover all of our clients and all of our contracted services.

  1. Do you do catering?

No. We are a Chef owned and operated management consulting firm. We do not do any kind of catering or other direct food service operations. Our expertise is in providing online and on-site consultation services in the areas of menu development, foodservice operations, and kitchen staff training and development.
